We recently visited a close friend who has become a resident at Aldersmead following health challenges, and we were deeply impressed by the quality of care and the welcoming environment. The home is immaculate, creating a sense of comfort and reassurance from the moment you arrive. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff are outstanding.

Both my Father and Mother were residents at Aldersmead. The quality of the nursing care was excellent and I can’t tell you how lovely all the staff were with both my parents. The food was very good too, and nothing was ever too much trouble. If my Mum wanted a cup of tea and some company in the middle of the night, someone was always around. I would recommend Aldersmead to anyone.

My oldest dearest friend required urgent admission. From the very first contact, every member of staff was kind, helpful, understanding and patient. They have been consistently doing everything possible to make a difficult situation as gentle and pleasant as possible. The team go the extra mile, and I would unreservedly recommend Aldersmead.
